Earlier in the week a ton of snow was dumped on us. We have a little over a foot on the ground now. We were all out Wednesday playing in it. Andrew and Ethan played a little yesterday, too. Here they are all bundled up and having fun! We made snow cream. They always love that. :) We even gave some to our 14yr old neighbor who had never had it before! Can you believe that!??!

I've never had snow cream, either...never even heard of it, actually! How do you make it?
You take a bowl of snow, bring it in and add milk, sugar and vanilla. I just throw in a little of each...no recipe or anything. Chad has domesticated himself recently by making homemade butter. So I happen to have some whipping cream and added a little of that. It really tastes like ice cream! And kids think it's great!
Hmmm....we'll have to try it sometime! We'l just make sure not to use any yellow snow! : )
