Some Random Thoughts

I am totally in the Spring mood.  The weather was great last weekend and half of this week.  I'm tired of the rain right now.  But it's got me going and let me tell ya, I am making lists.  Lists for my poor hubby to try to keep up with.  We've got a painting project in the hallway, one in the living room, a renovation in our boys' room.  I would like my chairs to get finished.  I can't wait to see my headboard all done.  I've got all kinds of lists going on in my head for next fall, including a whole bunch of shelves.  I need shelves, people!!

I anxiously await our Spring Break.  We aren't going anywhere far, just doing a week's worth of fun things with my boys!  We've got a countdown for that, too!

My recipe blog is growing.  More than anything, I would love to get all my recipes on one spot...for my sake!  That will take a while, but I will do one at a time.  I hope I can use my "meals" page for my reference, too.  I think it's always fun to see what other people are cooking, so I thought it would be fun to share mine!

I'm loving my David study.  I love it when the Lord gives me a hunger and thirst for His Word.  I am anxious to get up and get into it each morning.  Sometimes I get back into at night.  He's workin' on me big time.

I'm thankful for the people in my life.  There's so much love in our families and so much love in my friendships. They're all here in my life for a reason, and I feel blessed to learn things alongside them.

I love weekends, but I hate to see them go by so quickly.  Especially since Monday always equals laundry.  Bleh.
