We picked the first zucchini from our garden! We've harvested five of these beauties just this week...
So no doubt I will be looking for lots of zucchini recipes! We love it fried, on the grill tossed with other veggies, and of course zucchini bread.

Ours isn't doing so hot..I have one that is about an inch maybe but the cucumbers are 9 inches long or more! Rabbits are eating my sweet potatoes,vines and all :(
Hey..I have a zucchini skillet recipe that we love and use it every summer. We just picked our first one today and there are lots more growing. Let me know it you would like it and I will e-mail it to you. It is super easy to make. :)
